Wanted: Experts for a North Sea / Oil & Gas Focus Group
We’d like you to be part of a select Focus Group to be held on Wednesday 23rd November and join Quartzelec, Bartech and Flowserve to investigate ways of reducing costing electrical and mechanical equipment downtime in the North Sea / Oil & Gas sector.
Quartzelec has teamed with Bartech to deliver a three-hour workshop designed to help all Technical Authorities, Rotating Equipment Engineers and Maintenance Engineers cut down on costly downtime and reduce time out of your day dealing with generator problems.
Key topics for discussion include:
Key monitoring techniques Which early warning signs will prevent expensive downtime?
Cost effective repairs: Integrity is paramount but as cut backs continue to bite, we’ll look at alternative trusted repair processes.
Obsolescence management: With key equipment life being extended, what are the best ways to deal with critical spares holding?
And finally: an opportunity to discuss your engineering challenges and frustrations and explore possible solutions with your peers.
The Forum is being held at Quartzelec’s facilities:
51 York Street, Aberdeen, AB11 5DP on Wednesday 23rd November with a morning session from 09:00 –12:30 (to include bacon rolls upon arrival) and an afternoon session between 13:00 –16:30 (with sandwiches provided).
