Vibration issue - Single Point of Contact

Multi Skilled Projects

Investigation & Rectification

03/08/2023

We recently we had a call from one of our operators who picked up vibration issues on one of their engines during routine checks.

They sent us a digital vibration analysis showing exactly where the vibrations were coming from, enabling us to get a real idea of what we were dealing with before even going to the site.

The issue itself is not helped by the fact that the engine in question is secured to a solid concrete base.

To remedy this, we require the services of both a structural engineer and groundworker to design and replace the base, so we can attend to install a new bedframe and anti-vibration mounts before re-installing and commissioning the engine.

Though the work these companies perform is not our forte, we will undertake the arrangement of all required specialists, meaning the operator will only have to come to us for updates and rely on us completely for the resolution.

This single point of contact approach streamlines any work scope, making jobs run more efficiently and freeing up your time that would otherwise be taken up by dealing with several involved specialists.
