We’re proud to announce that MTU and Bartech have extended their MTU service partner agreement allowing us to continue supporting the MTU and Mercedes Benz off-highway engine ranges with the full backing of the OEM.
As the only approved MTU service company in East Anglia, we continue to work with multiple operators and owners of windfarm support vessels utilising the MTU 2000 engine range. This can range from emergency response to planned overhauls in our fully equipped workshop, all backed by MTU trained personnel with diagnostic systems and access to the latest MTU information.
Not only can we support you fully with the popular 2000 series engine ranges, we also continue to work extensively with the 396 series engines in standby and offshore packages. Due to the age of these engines the workscopes are normally more intrusive and consist of full on-site overhauls managed by our technical support team. Alongside the expertise in the 2000 and 396 engines we have also worked with the MTU 4000 and 183 engines as well as the Mercedes-Benz OM424 engines.
To continue our commitment on providing the best levels of service and expertise, our engineers are booked to complete 2000 series mechanical and electrical and 396 training courses, all held in the dedicated MTU training facilities, Friedrichshafen, during 2015.
