Task
Customers engine reported to be leaking water from lower liner seals, systematic strip was carried out to establish cause of problem. On receipt of engine, fresh water was discovered in the Turbo-Charger, at this moment of time this is assumed to be rain water. Water droplets also noticed on bottom of liner.
Engine was stripped, inspected and rebuilt using new seals, joints, piston rings and gudgeon pin circlips.
