Bartech Marine Engineering has used it’s experience of responding to breakdowns and providing solutions in the marine industry to the benefit of offshore oil and gas companies.

We understand the role of the safety matrix and the significant reliance on diesel engines used within fire pumps, emergency generators and lifeboats.  Not only do you need to prioritise the safety whilst offshore, but also eliminate the high costs of lost production or de-manning. To protect you, we have engineers and couriers available 24 hours a day to react to your needs.

We can offer you complete support with spares, overhauls, installations and replacement engines. Examples of previous projects include Paxman 12YJ Engine overhaul and Offshore Installation, Cat 3516 engine overhaul, and upgrading panels to improve engine feedback.  This work is completed offshore by our own team of BOSIET qualified engineers who have all current requirements to work offshore including MIST, ISSOW and Working at Heights certificates.

With the challenges of working offshore, planning and communications are vital which is why we have an experienced technical team that will provide detailed Gantt charts, action trackers, daily sit reps and extensive reports with relevant test documentation.
