Overhaul & Repair

• We are fully equipped to overhaul Fuel Injection Pumps, Injector Assemblies and Nozzles from all major manufacturers, including Bosch and Lucas / CAV. We are also able in manufacture a wide variety of single skin & sheathed fuel pipe systems in house. (click here for more information)
• All our overhauls include: complete dismantle, chemical clean and inspection. A full report is made with itemised spares requirement and  only with the customers approval will we reassemble and test the items.
• All our Fuel Injection work is carried out in a dust free environment, allowing our engineers to work on this equipment without the risk of contamination.

Service

• All the work carried out on fuel injection equipment is completed by our trained Bartech Engineers, creating every confidence in the standards of work produced.
• Our engineers are available world wide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Our rapid response times are made possible by the ‘around the clock’ contact we offer with our Technical, Operations and Commercial departments.

Complete Equipment

• All complete Fuel Injection equipment including Pumps, Injectors & Fuel Pipes, come with a 12 month Bartech Warranty and all relevant test certification.
• Where possible, service exchange units will be supplied in order to reduce expensive downtime

Spares Support

• We have a large stock of fuel injection equipment and spare parts, allowing us to dispatch items quickly and overhaul used equipment efficiently.
• All of our spares are sourced from OEM suppliers or equivalent.
• We are able to re-engineer some obsolete or rare components.
